Hotel Policies



CHECK-IN: Between 3-6pm

Let us know if you will be arriving outside of our check-in time. We can make arrangements for late check-ins.


Smoking is not permitted on our property and any violation will incur a $250 cleaning fee; this includes all suites, balconies, porches, and patios. A designated smoking area is located in the front parking area.


We are one of the few hotels in Bisbee to offer private, on-site parking; however, our two small lots are limited, and operate on a first come, first served basis. Parking is not guaranteed. In order to accommodate everyone, we limit space to one vehicle per suite. If parking is unavailable in either of our lots, public parking can be found in Brewery Gulch, just steps below the hotel. Feel free to double park to unload your luggage.


Well-behaved dogs are welcome in our ground floor suites (1, 3, 4). There is a one-time cleaning fee of $30 for one dog, and $45 for two dogs. We have a maximum allowance of two dogs. Please select the Bring Fido package when booking online or call us to make arrangements and secure a pet friendly suite. Any necessary adjustments to the bill will be made at check-in.


We make every effort to honor the specific suite a guest chooses, but suites are not guaranteed.  We reserve the right to move guests to comparable accommodations if the need arises. 


Please drop keys in the key drop attached to the office door, or pop into the office and drop them at the front desk if we are in. Unreturned keys will incur a $25 replacement fee.



If any part of your reservation falls on a weekend or holiday, please contact us at least TWO WEEKS PRIOR to your arrival to cancel your reservation and receive a refund for your deposit, minus a $10 processing fee. Sorry, no refund for early departures.  Please make any adjustments to your reservations TWO WEEKS PRIOR to your arrival.
